on September 6 at Kino Armata, we’re bringing you a journey through international queer short films ☆ curated in collaboration with XPOSED Queer Film Festival Berlin. the screening will feature Oceania directed by Valentin Noujaïm, Juju vs The Possibilities of Love, Life and Death directed by Htet Aung Lwyn, The Adventures of the Black Girl in Her Search for Mabel Dove directed by Nnenna Onuoha, Uncanny Home directed by Eric Bitencourt, and Wait your turn directed by João Carvalho.
after the screenings, join us for a discussion on “Queer Solidarity Beyond Borders”, moderated by filmmaker Romina Ruda. In a moment when borders, politics, and prejudice too often divide us, this conversation will highlight how queer solidarity remains a powerful tool of resistance, connection, and care across countries and communities.
